About GDR

Global Debt Registry was founded in 2005 by a group of industry veterans with a combined 75 years of Credit, Collection, and Debt Buying Industry experience and a deep understanding of ROI and regulatory imperatives. The goal was simple: To develop a world-class, network-based solution that could provide:

1. An account level chain of title
2. A turn-key document management service for the entire industry
3. A data integrity program to guarantee clean and accurate account information between data trading partners
4. Debt validation assistance

Milestones

• 2006–2009: GDR systems development while meeting with industry executives on business and service requirements needed to satisfy individual organizational needs.
• 2009, June: Launched GDR Titled Debt Into the ARM Industry Market Place
• 2009, December: Acquired by $6.5 billion private equity group following successful proof of concept deployment.

• 2010–2011: GDR continues to support all participants in Issuer direct document fulfillment and gaining acceptance of titled debt documents in courts across the country.
• Since 2006 GDR Executives have participated in the evaluation, acquisition, management and sale of over $60 Billion in receivables.
• Currently managing more than two million account level statements, representing 115 thousand Issuer direct titled accounts
• Delivered more than one million+ statements to downstream servicing entities and buyers in the past 12 months
– 2 major Issuer participating
– 5 national debt buyers
– 55 regional and state level market participants

• Chain of title accurately tracked 6 transactions deep
• Provided testimony in a contested account ownership case attesting to admissibility of GDR Chain of Title documents proving standing and ownership for GDR Client. Court allowed complete set of GDR documents to be admitted as evidence and ruled in GDR clients favor on all claims.
