Specific Notice Regarding Software Available on this Site

                As a customer of Global Debt Registry, you will have access to software in order to use our services.  Any software made available to you to download (“Software”) is copyrighted and is subject to the licensing agreement associated with that software (“License Agreement”).  Any reproduction or redistribution of the Software is prohibited, and may result in legal action.  Copying or reproduction of the software to any other location for further reproduction or redistribution is prohibited unless expressly permitted by the License Agreement of the software.

 

Revisions

            Global Debt Registry may modify, suspend, withdraw or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Content, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.  Global Debt Registry shall not be liable to any customer or third party for any modification, suspension, withdrawal or discontinuance of the content.  Furthermore, Global Debt Registry may update, revise and/or delete portions of this Acceptable Use Policy without providing notice to you.  As a user, you agree to monitor the Acceptable Use Policy, periodically, for updates and/or changes.

 

Jurisdiction

            This service and web site is stored on computing hardware located in the state of Missouri, which is the location of Global Debt Registry’s principal place of business.  These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, and users of this service agree that any dispute regarding these terms and conditions shall be raised in the courts located in the State of Missouri. 

 

Violations

            Global Debt Registry may immediately suspend and/or terminate a Customer's or User’s access to and use of Global Debt Registry Facilities and Services for violation of any provision of this Acceptable Use Policy upon verbal or written notice, which notice may be provided by voicemail or E-mail.  Prior to suspension or termination, Global Debt Registry will make a reasonable attempt to work with the Customer or User in good faith to cure violations of this Acceptable Use Policy.  Notwithstanding the previous two sentences, Global Debt Registry reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Customer's or User’s access to and use of Global Debt Registry Facilities and Services based on a first violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, without notice, if necessary in Global Debt Registry’s sole discretion.  In the event of any suspension or termination, Global Debt Registry shall hold any of the Customer’s or User’s assets, content or data that are in Global Debt Registry’s possession until such time as a settlement is reached with Global Debt Registry concerning any remaining payments due on the Customer’s contract or any damages due to the Customer’s or User’s violation of this Acceptable Use Policy. 

 

            Global Debt Registry maintains the right to permanently disable the facilities of any customer violating the above terms on a repeat basis, any customer who refuses to take corrective action after repeat warnings from Global Debt Registry, or who refuses to implement Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) non-personnel related recommendations. In the event of such termination, Global Debt Registry shall hold the customers assets until such time as a settlement is reached concerning any remaining payments due on the term contract.
