Global Debt Registry's Unique Process Will:

1. Facilitate portfolio ownership transfers at the account level and serve as a transfer agent for registered entities
2. Maintain an electronic chain of title
3. Generate a certified Transfer of Ownership Report for each portfolio at closing which identifies previous and new owner
4. Generate a Registered Account Report on any owned account
5. Limit access of accounts and transactions to the buyers and sellers specified on the accounts
6. Allow originators to verify the current owner of any of their accounts at any time
7. Certify a data set and its contents with a date and time stamp
8. Upload account documents and data to a secure vault
9. Authenticate buyers and sellers using software-based Two Factor Authentication prior to allowing them access to the Vault software
10. Maintain all pertinent documents in a PCI DSS compliant hosted environment (Cardholders Agreement, any original documentation associated with account)
