Privacy Policy

At Global Debt Registry, we respect the privacy of our customers.  Please be advised all personal information we request as part of the enrollment process or otherwise will be used for the purpose of verifying the identity of our customers and will be strictly controlled and protected.  Personal information will not be sold, leased, or distributed to any 3^rd party entity.   Global Debt Registry may use the information collected to contact customers as part of operational activities or for informational purposes.  We may also use personal information for auditing, research, and analysis to improve Global Debt Registry’s technologies and services.

 

Handling of Sensitive Information

As part of the enrollment process we request a variety of information, some of which may be considered sensitive.  Although a social security number is a requirement for verification, we do not store the entire number unless the business entity is a sole proprietorship and will be used for identification and billing purposes.

 

Updates

The Privacy Policy may be updated by Global Debt Registry from time to time without notice to our customers.  It is the responsibility of our customers to review our policy periodically in order to stay apprised of the current policy.
