About This Position: You will have the opportunity to make a big impact on a young and rapidly growing company. In this role, you will wear many hats and take on key responsibilities. The In-House Counsel will work closely with the executive management team and will be responsible for advising on a wide variety of legal matters, including but not limited to: product strategy, liability exposures, contract drafting and negotiation, employment-related issues, investor diligence, risk management and compliance. The In-House Counsel will be an integral part of a fast-paced team that engages with all parts of the business to understand and assess legal and business risks and make sound decisions under tight deadlines.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and mitigate legal and business risks
  • Provide general legal advice to Management on a wide variety of legal matters related to the Company’s operations, specifically on product development of the GDR financial asset registry, digitization of financial assets, and facilitating ABS lending and securitization
  • Draft, negotiate and review a wide variety of documents, including sales, regulatory filings, and commercial agreements.
  • Manage and oversee relationships and work product with outside law firms and work closely with legal counsel within the investor group.
  • Research, advise on and ensure compliance with a broad range of laws and regulations applicable to the Company’s business, including federal and state laws and data privacy requirements.
  • Provide legal support and due diligence support in connection with investor due diligence.
  • Work with management and lead overall company compliance requirements, including data protection and privacy, corporate governance, and HR policy.
  • Perform other duties as assignedDevelop high-quality, production ready and standards compliant applications
  • Maintain cutting edge knowledge of emerging technologies, trends and standards

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • J.D. from a leading accredited institution, MBA is a plus
  • A license and good standing to practice law in at least one state of the United States, preferably New York
  • 4 to 7 years of law firm and/or in-house counsel experience with exposure to the credit markets and/or emerging technologies such as blockchain
  • Strong experience in financial transactions, banking and securities regulations and financial services law, asset-backed and securitization transactions is a plus
  • Excellent negotiation, document drafting and communication skills
  • Ability to independently drive complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience or special knowledge of Blockchain technology, digital assets and the emerging crypto asset regulatory environment

About the Position: Global Debt Registry is seeking a full stack developer. This is a full time position working out of our office in Wilmington Delaware. They will be involved in all phases of the development lifecycle including design, development and deployment. To be successful in this position, you must be a self-starter, and enjoy working with a highly collaborative team in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple and concurrent tasks.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality, production ready and standards compliant applications
  • Maintain cutting edge knowledge of emerging technologies, trends and standards

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven commercial application development ability with at least 2 years full-stack development experience
  • Expertise with Javascript/Node.js (client and server side)
  • Expertise in core web front end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Experience with SQL query development
  • Ability to work in Linux environment
  • Solid analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment and work on projects against deadlines
  • Must be able to operate independently, but willing to ask for help when needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile development
  • Experience deploying highly scalable, highly available applications in a secure environment
  • Some experience with AWS services especially Lambda is preferred

About This Position: In this role, you will wear many hats and take on key responsibilities. While your core competency is finance, you are willing to roll-up your sleeves to work on strategy, product development, business development, accounting & legal providing support to each of the functional leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
  • Analyze financial data – and create financial models for decision support
  • Reporting on financial performance and preparation for regular leadership reviews
  • Lead research efforts and perform financial analysis and modeling, including extensive valuation and pro-forma impact modeling
  • Assist with accounting and bookkeeping processes
  • Preparation of key presentation materials to support business development and investor relations activities
  • Directly interact with outside advisors and lead key project management elements of capital raising activities

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate institution

  • 2-5+ years of business finance or other relevant experience

About This Position This role is a key technical interface between our clients and Global Debt Registry. Good communications and project management skills are a pre requisite. You'll form deep, lasting partnerships at multiple levels. Given the early stage nature of the company, there is still an opportunity to shape and define many of the implementation policies to scale the business. A flexible and entrepreneurial approach is welcome.

Key Responsibilities

Manage implementation and onboarding duties by;

  • Partnering with the account team (Sales and Product) to establish the optimum implementation approach for each client
  • Understanding client technical needs and constraints and mapping GDR solutions against those requirements
  • Providing inputs on proposed requirements for implementing and supporting new products based upon a thorough analysis of client feedback

Project manage implementations by;

  • Forming a comprehensive and cohesive plan in collaboration with the client for set up of target portfolios
  • Project leading the engagement, leveraging the necessary internal resources to ensure a successful delivery of the agreed solution

Manage assigned accounts effectively by;

  • Ensuring a consistent, cohesive and comprehensive level of service delivery into accounts
  • Forging deep relationships across the client's technology teams within both the ABS business unit and Blockchain teams
  • Attaining a deep and extensive understanding of your client's architecture, infrastructure, and application environment, as well as Blockchain strategy

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong technical credit and market data analysis skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Access and other data applications
  • Knowledge of the capital markets compliance rules & regulations
  • Strong willingness to contribute to other functional areas, including product strategy, business development, marketing, etc.

About This Position: The Product Manager for Global Debt Registry is responsible for product planning and execution support throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements and working closely with sales, marketing, development and operations to ensure customer onboarding and satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals. Involvement lasts throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle, from product inception and planning through maintenance and end-of-life decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Researches client and market needs; articulates findings in the form of product development recommendations
  • Design/requirement creation, modification and management activities for a specific product or group of products across product lifecycle
  • Responsible for making the business case for the purpose of prioritizing company resources and maximizing value
  • Must be a great communicator who can sell his/her ideas.
  • Must be able to convey complex concepts into clearly articulated presentations
  • Tracks statistics of product adoption and translates feedback into actionable, measurable recommendations
  • Help establish a customer support organization. This includes planning, training and other launch activities.
  • Develops specific marketing plans and activities for specific products or product lines to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena.
  • Establishes and interacts with the industry (e.g., conferences, MeetUps, etc.)

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product management experience in ABS/structured credit markets
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Previous experience defining and launching excellent client centered products
  • Ability to turn latent needs into explicit technical requirements
  • Previous leadership experience influencing senior managers and other stakeholders
  • Comfort in presenting in front of prospects & customers
  • Passion for emerging technologies, including Blockchain

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure or experience to the ABS / structured credit area of the capital markets
  • Advanced skills with Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Previous experience serving the financial services market
  • Solid mathematical aptitude and effective project management skills
