+ Senior Full Stack Developer - Node.js, AWS Serverless, Blockchain

Global Debt Registry is seeking an experienced full stack developer who is knowledgeable in all layers of development including system and database architecture and application development. This is a full time position working out of our office in Wilmington Delaware. They will be a key participant through all phases of the development lifecycle including design, development and deployment. To be successful in this position, you must be a self-starter, and enjoy working with a highly collaborative team in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple and concurrent tasks.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality, production ready and standards compliant applications
  • System administration for applications at hosted managed service provider
  • Maintain cutting edge knowledge of emerging technologies, trends and standards


  • Proven commercial application development ability with at least 5 years full-stack development experience
  • Expertise with Javascript/Node.js
  • Expertise in core web front end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Experience with AWS services especially Lambda
  • Experience with MySQL query development, optimization and administration
  • Ability to work in Linux environment, ideally with system administration skills
  • Experience with Agile development
  • Some experience with blockchain technologies especially Hyperledger Fabric is preferred
  • Solid analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment and work on projects against deadlines
  • Experience deploying highly scalable, highly available applications in a secure environment
  • Must be able to operate independently, but willing to ask for help when needed
  • Background in Financial Services

+ Senior Financial Analyst

As a lean start-up, we are looking for an intelligent, agile, and hungry individual that is excited about technology, fintech or financial markets. You will have the opportunity to make a big impact on a young and rapidly growing company. In this role, you will wear many hats and take on key responsibilities. While your core competency is finance, you are willing to roll-up your sleeves to work on strategy, product development, business development, accounting & legal providing support to each of the functional leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
  • Analyze financial data – and create financial models for decision support
  • Reporting on financial performance and preparation for regular leadership reviews
  • Lead research efforts and perform financial analysis and modeling, including extensive valuation and pro-forma impact modeling
  • Assist with accounting and bookkeeping processes
  • Preparation of key presentation materials to support business development and investor relations activities
  • Directly interact with outside advisors and lead key project management elements of capital raising activities
  • Market research, business intelligence, and valuation comps

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate institution
  • Finance, Accounting, Economics degree
  • 2-5+ years of business finance or other relevant experience
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills Strong business acumen
  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with quickly changing priorities
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with a high attention to detail who is capable of simultaneously handling multiple projects from multiple stakeholders
  • Strong willingness to contribute to other functional areas, including product strategy, business development, marketing, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-3 years prior experience at a bulge bracket or top tier investment banking firm, or a top tier strategic consulting firm
  • Superior quantitative and qualitative analytical experience, including building financial models and valuing companies
  • Experience in capital fundraising or M&A process
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and data gathering skills
